Dianna Gaeta

Dianna Gaeta has extensive experience in legal administration, serving as a Discovery Project Manager at Haynes and Boone, LLP since March 1981. In this role, Dianna provides consultation to attorneys, clients, and service providers regarding data management, oversees large document reviews across multiple platforms, and administers databases while supervising a team of four technicians. Additionally, Dianna's past role as a Secretary involved support within the Banking/Real Estate Section, where tasks included preparation of closing documents and other secretarial responsibilities. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Dianna worked as an Administrator at McDaniel & White Attorneys, managing office operations and handling client invoicing. Dianna completed vocational office education at Richardson High School from 1974 to 1977.
