Philip Albert

Philip Albert is currently a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, specializing in patents and other IP rights for electronics, software, networking, and internet companies. Previously, Philip was a Partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Before that, Philip founded Galt Engineering Inc., a company that produced semi-custom software and turnkey computer systems for accounting tasks and large bank operations. Philip also worked as a Design Engineer at Jet Propulsion Laboratory/NASA, where Philip designed equipment for various projects. Philip holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Information Theory from Caltech and a JD from USC Gould School of Law.
