Rebecca Schaal

Rebecca Schaal, MS, LMFT, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Mental Health at Haynes Family of Programs since April 2024 and holds a position in quality assurance for mental health at Boys Republic since October 2020. Previously, Rebecca was the Associate Director of Quality Support for the Inland Region at Pacific Clinics from January 2023 to April 2024, and earlier served as the Director of Quality Assurance & Improvement and Clinical Quality Assurance Manager at Haynes Family of Programs from October 2019 to January 2023. Rebecca's extensive experience also includes significant roles at David & Margaret Youth and Family Services, first as Director of Quality Assurance & Improvement from April 2021 to January 2023, and over 17 years in various capacities since March 2002. Additionally, Rebecca worked as an independent contractor and educator with Citrus College from August 2011 to December 2014, focusing on the Foster and Kinship Care Education Program, and has direct service experience as a counselor at Five Acres. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marriage, Family & Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix.
