Frasher Murphy

Frasher Murphy is a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where since June 2016, Frasher has focused on representing parties in complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructuring and workout matters, also serving as the past chair of the Restructuring Practice Group. Prior to this role, Frasher was a shareholder and chair of the Turnaround & Workout Industry Group at Winstead PC from March 2000 to May 2016. Frasher Murphy earned a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law between 1996 and 1999 and a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University from 1992 to 1996, following education at Fort Worth Country Day from 1979 to 1992.
