Mallika Dargan

Mallika Dargan is an Associate Attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP, beginning in October 2023. Previous experience includes a position as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and roles at the University of Houston Law Center, where Dargan served as a Research Assistant and Legal Writing Fellow. In the summer of 2022, Dargan worked as a 2L Summer Associate at Haynes and Boone, focusing on intellectual property. Other notable internships include the Technology Licensing Office at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Law and Policy internship at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. Prior to law, Dargan worked as a CNS Operations Associate at Amazon and held various research and fellowship positions at Carleton College and the University of Ottawa. Dargan earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Carleton College.
