Andy also has experience as a Technical Sourcer-Recruiter at Thumbtack, where they played a key role in building the tech recruiting pipeline. Andy Sargent pursued their undergraduate education at Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Communications.
