Andy Sargent

Andy Sargent has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Andy most recently worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Haynie & Company since October 2022. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions in recruiting at Lyft, eLuma | Online Therapy, and Talkdesk. Andy also has experience as a Technical Sourcer-Recruiter at Thumbtack, where they played a key role in building the tech recruiting pipeline. Before transitioning to talent acquisition, Andy worked as a Medical Biller at Cardon Outreach, a MedData Company.

Andy Sargent pursued their undergraduate education at Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Communications.
