Scott Cameron

Scott Cameron serves as the Global Head of Service Delivery at Hays since December 1999, where responsibilities include overseeing service delivery excellence and contract performance for various multi-geography contracts. Cameron's role encompasses advancing global delivery capabilities through service offering evolutions and the deployment of innovative solutions. With a comprehensive background in managed recruitment services across regions and sectors such as broadcasting, investment banking, and public transport infrastructure, Cameron has progressively held key positions within Hays, including Service Delivery Director and Senior Client Director. Prior to joining Hays, Cameron gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Computer Team Group and served as an Assistant Lecturer at The Robert Gordon University while pursuing a PhD. Cameron holds a BA in Law, Economics, and Management from Robert Gordon University.
