William Baumann

William Baumann is currently the Division Leader for the South Central Division at TEXSAR: Texas Search and Rescue. Prior to this, William worked as a GIS Public Safety Specialist at Hays County and a Design Specialist at Texas Utility Engineering, LLC. William has also served as a Volunteer Firefighter at Windcrest Fire Department and as an Assistant Division Leader at TEXSAR. With a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Oklahoma, William has a strong background in GIS and emergency management.
