Megan Ruberg

Megan Ruberg has extensive experience in business development and property management. Currently, at Hays + Sons since April 2016, Megan conducts sales by building relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals while developing creative marketing strategies to enhance company visibility. Prior experience includes roles in business development at MacKenzie Restoration and a previous position as Assistant Property Manager at Legacy Management, where responsibilities included tenant selection and communication. Additionally, Megan worked as a Sales Representative at LA Fitness, focusing on customer retention and membership sales through community events. Megan holds an educational background from Northern Kentucky University, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2014.
