Alex Gerrard

Alex Gerrard has over fifteen years of experience working in human resources. Alex started their career as an HR Manager at Stewart Milne, where they worked for four years. In 2010, they became the Managing Director of AG Human Resources Ltd., where they worked for two years. Gerrard is currently the Head of HR at Hays.

Alex Gerrard graduated from the University of London with a bachelor's degree in geography and education.

Alex Gerrard reports to Debi Wolfe, Chief People Officer. They work with Sally Kok - Business Manager | Recruiting HR Professionals, Neha Malhotra - Head of HR, and Andrea Letsch - Head of Talent Management.
