Bradley Pierson

Bradley Pierson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and program management within the staffing and technology industries. Currently serving as President of Enterprise Solutions for the Americas at Hays since March 2020, Bradley previously held significant roles at notable organizations including Google as a Program Manager in Vendor Management Systems, and chief operations officer at nextSource. Additional leadership positions include Managing Director at Hays Talent Solutions, CEO and COO at 3 Story Software, and various executive roles at ManpowerGroup Solutions and Ensemble. Bradley possesses a strong background in developing and deploying enterprise-level solutions, managing operations, driving sales processes, and enhancing client engagement strategies. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
