Karen Yong

Karen Yong has over a decade of experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Director of the Delivery Center for Contract Professionals at Hays since June 2013. Prior roles at Hays include Manager of the International Sourcing Centre and Recruitment Manager for the Contract & Temporary Division, among others. Karen's early career included a position as a Recruitment Assistant at The Bagg Group and a Human Resources Intern at Investors Group. Karen holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management (Honours) from York University, earned in 2012.
