Rhiannon Wilson is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as Business Director for Hays Assessment and Development in Australia since May 2007. Rhiannon has led various initiatives, focusing on enhancing organizational capabilities through scalable project services. In previous roles, Rhiannon successfully managed change implementation across Queensland, collaborated with senior leadership for effective project governance, and played a pivotal role in executive recruitment and development in North Queensland. Rhiannon's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Business Psychology from the University of Newcastle and additional qualifications in Psychology from James Cook University and the University of Sydney.
