Simone Gregory has over 25 years of experience in talent development and training within various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Talent Development Director at Hays since January 1999, Simone has held multiple roles, including Senior Talent Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager, focusing on designing and delivering training solutions for both employees and clients.
