Sue Hanlon

General Counsel at Hays

Sue Hanlon is currently the General Counsel at Hays. Sue has over 15 years of experience in the legal field. Sue previously worked as the Director of Contracts Management Team at Kforce from March 2004 to October 2011. In this role, they managed a professional team and was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as implementing policies and procedures. Sue also oversaw a multi-year software implementation project and trained users on the contract process. From December 2011 to April 2017, they served as the General Counsel at Veredus, a Hays company. In this role, they were responsible for general corporate practice, including employment law, contract drafting and negotiation, and subcontractor on-boarding. Sue also oversaw outside counsel. Prior to their work at Veredus, they served as the Associate General Counsel at William R. Hough from April 2003 to December 2004.

Sue Hanlon attended the University of Florida for their undergraduate degree, where they studied criminal justice. Sue then attended the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law to earn their JD.
