Peter Fitzgerald

Peter Fitzgerald is an experienced professional in the field of materials engineering and management, currently serving as the Materials Engineering Manager at Haysite Reinforced Plastics Ltd since April 2018. Additionally, Peter is the owner of Composite Armor Solutions LLC, a role held since April 2013. Previous positions include Manufacturing Engineering Manager at TenCate Advanced Armour, Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Site Lead at BAE Systems, and Corporate Sales Director at Molded Fiber Glass, among others. Peter's career in materials engineering began at Applied Composites and includes a significant tenure at Tomoegawa USA Inc. as R&D Manager. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Illinois State University, obtained in 1989, and a prior education at Saint Ignatius College Prep.
