Laura is a Corporate Finance partner as well as being an Audit Partner. She advises clients on all aspects of corporate finance M&A work, including being the reporting accountant on IPO’s to either the AIM market, the standard segment of the Main Market or Aquis Exchange, company and business acquisitions and disposals through due diligence assignments, financial modeling either as part of a transaction or to assist a company with its working capital needs and reorganizations.
