Nick Jordan

Nick joined Hays Allan, one of haysmacintyre’s predecessor firms, in 1998 where he trained and qualified in the Audit department. He moved into the Tax department in 2002 where he qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 2003. Nick was promoted to Partner in 2012 and heads up our Business Tax team.

Nick works across a number of sectors including property, owner-managed businesses, membership organizations, and national governing bodies of sport. Nick has experience on a broad range of business tax advisory matters including providing tax advice on corporate transactions and associated shareholder matters, corporate structuring and group reorganizations, mutual trading, what constitutes trading activities, research and development tax relief (R&D), and employee share schemes.
