Maria Jimena Cespedes

Maria Jimena Cespedes is an experienced Organization Development Consultant, currently operating an independent practice since October 2020, serving notable client companies such as LinkedIn, Pure Storage, and Airtable. With a strong background in executive coaching and talent advisory roles at Haystack News since 2016, Maria provides strategic guidance on talent management and organizational effectiveness.
