Jesus Izaguirre Carbonell

Jesus Izaguirre Carbonell, PharmD, PhD, is currently serving as the Director of Medical Science Liaison at Haystack MRD™ by Quest Diagnostics®, where efforts focus on advancing the adoption of liquid biopsy and minimal residual disease testing technologies among healthcare professionals and researchers. Prior to this role, Jesus held the position of Senior Manager for Clinical Operations, Development & Medical Affairs at Biological Dynamics, emphasizing clinical partnerships and strategic alliances. Previous experience includes a role as a Medical Science Liaison in Oncology at Natera, where responsibilities encompassed scientific presentations and support for clinical trials. An academic background features a postdoctoral fellowship at Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin, research on hematopoiesis, and roles in teaching and pharmacy intern positions. Jesus holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Trials from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Tokyo University of Science, and a PharmD in Pharmacology from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.
