Chief Operating Officer at HaystackID

Andrew Parrish has been working in the litigation support and discovery management fields for over 32 years, working closely with clients in the legal, commercial, and service bureau sectors to design, develop and implement tailored internal and external technology and process solutions that enable optimized efficiency, business risk reduction and improved customer experience. Leveraging the panoply of HaystackID’s digital forensics, managed review, data processing, and hosting technology tools and professionals, Mr. Parrish leads client due diligence and needs assessments, delivering bespoke outsourced solutions that drive greater cost savings and recovery while simultaneously improving client litigation stance and preparedness.

Prior to his current role, Mr.Parrish served as the SVP of Operations for HaystackID. In this role, he led the organization’s eDiscovery business line with responsibility for all aspects of client services, staff performance, and service delivery to HaystackIDs eDiscovery clients. Mr. Parrish also continues to serve as a sales engineer/consultant, assisting the HaystackID sales team with solution crafting, proposal and statement of work generation, formal deal review/pricing approval, and leading CLE and Lunch & Learn seminars.

Previously, Mr. Parrish served as Director of Client Services for HaystackID, responsible for all sales and operations for the company’s installed base/contract subscription client base and pursuits. Mr. Parrish served as the Director of Professional Services for Flex Discovery Solutions, which was later acquired by HaystackID. Previously, he served as Vice President of Litigation Support Operations for Uniscribe Professional Services, and later as Director of Litigation Support for Williams Lea. Mr. Parrish has lead large outsourcing engagements involving all automated document management service lines across a global footprint and is a frequent speaker on digital forensics best practices, e-Discovery treatment methodologies, and review strategies associated with electronically stored information.

Mr. Parrish is based in Chicago and is a graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota with a degree in English.
