Allan Dollman

Allan Dollman is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global End User Computing at Hayward Holdings, Inc. since August 2021, Allan oversees IT services related to end user support, manufacturing operations, and distribution centers, while guiding the Global IT Leadership team. Previously, Allan held multiple positions at Gilbarco Veeder-Root from April 1997 to May 2021, culminating as Director of Global IT Services, where responsibilities included strategy development and service delivery for infrastructure services. Earlier roles at Gilbarco included IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Manager for Server & Storage Infrastructure, IT Manager for Engineering Computer Services, and Network Administrator. Allan's career initiated at Thomson Consumer Electronics as Manager of Information Systems. Academically, Allan holds a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a diploma in Computer Programming from St. Lawrence College.
