Brian Chapin

Brian Chapin is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in enterprise applications, project management, and data management. Currently serving as the Director for IT Enterprise Applications, PMO, and Data Management at Hayward Holdings, Inc. since July 2021, Chapin oversees multiple teams and manages the ERP platform lifecycle. Previously, Chapin held the role of Director - IT Strategic Partner for Operations/Supply Chain at Hayward, facilitating IT solutions globally. Other notable positions include Director of IT Digital Supply Chain at Honeywell, Executive Director IT at Sealed Air Corporation, and Director of IT PMO at Babcock & Wilcox, where significant ERP initiatives were led. With a solid foundation in programming and financial applications, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University, Brian Chapin continues to drive business transformation and optimization through strategic IT leadership.
