Denis Healy

Denis serves as the Managing Director of Hayward Tyler’s UK operations.

With a wealth of experience across multiple manufacturing sectors, Denis has a proven track record in delivering world-class business improvements through personal leadership and the development of multi-disciplined teams.

A truly international executive, Denis has overseen facility construction and equipment commissioning across the globe, including South America, Europe, the US, and the Middle East. His areas of expertise include lean manufacturing, finance, sales, and operations planning, employee relations, and project management.

Prior to joining Hayward Tyler, Denis was a Managing Director at EEL in Beccles, England, and at Doncasters Group, a leading international manufacturer in Trent, England. He also served as Operations Director at British Aerospace.

Denis holds a diploma in Operational Excellence from Cranfield University. He is registered as an ISO accredited auditor with Lloyds and holds professional accreditations and certifications from Six Sigma, TBM Consultants, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Oliver Wight Industries, and Salford University.
