Larry Jacobs

Larry Jacobs serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Hayward Tyler. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing global marketing initiatives and sales growth strategies, as well as various R&D initiatives.

Prior to joining Hayward Tyler, Larry served as North American Marketing and Sales Manager for Romax Technology, a global leader in drivetrain engineering for rotating machinery. He also served in various management roles at NRG Systems, a leading manufacturer of renewable energy products.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Michael’s College.

Outside of Hayward Tyler, Larry has served as visiting faculty in the Department of Engineering Professional Development at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
