Stephen Jones has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Strategic Growth at Hayward Tyler since March 2013, where responsibilities include providing technical and commercial support in Sales & Marketing, developing cost sheets, and creating delivery milestones. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at ScottishPower from September 2007 to November 2012 as a Mechanical Engineer, offering high-quality technical support to a fleet of power stations and serving as Technical Authority for generation assets across the UK, with a focus on pressure parts. Stephen began their career as a Graduate Engineer, gaining experience through various placements while mentoring younger engineers. Educational qualifications include an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Master of Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
