Dr. Ed Gamboa

Dr. Ed Gamboa is an accomplished surgeon and healthcare executive with a diverse background in surgical leadership and a robust educational foundation in medicine and theology. Currently serving as an Attending Surgeon at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula and as the Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Vein Specialists PC, Dr. Gamboa also holds surgical positions at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital and leads Edgar A. Gamboa, M.D., Med Corp as President. Previous roles include Chair and Vice Chair of the Department of Surgery at Watsonville Community Hospital and Chief of Surgery at both El Centro Regional Medical Center and North Hawaii Community Hospital. Dr. Gamboa’s extensive training includes residency and fellowship in various surgical disciplines, complemented by a Master's degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
