Jeffrey Sinko

Jeffrey Sinko is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Hazel Health since March 2024, Jeffrey previously held the position of Senior VP and Assistant General Counsel for Pharmacy Regulatory at CVS Health from November 2014. Prior to that, Jeffrey was Vice President and General Counsel for DaVita RX from April 2012 to November 2014, and served as Assistant General Counsel at Medco from January 2005 to April 2012. Jeffrey holds a JD from the Cardozo School of Law (1989-1992) and a BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy (1983-1988).
