Sara Griffiths

Sara Griffiths has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and management. Sara is currently serving as a People Operations Manager at Hazelcast. Prior to that, they worked at InMoment, where they held positions such as Senior Manager, HR Operational Excellence, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, Office Manager, and Project Manager. Before joining InMoment, Sara worked at Waterstones as an Assistant Manager, Lead Bookseller, and Children's regional support manager. Their experience spans from 2010 to the present, showcasing their expertise in HR and management roles.

Sara Griffiths pursued their education in a chronological order. Sara attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in American Studies with a field of study in American/United States Studies/Civilization. In 2007, they also briefly attended California State University San Marcos, studying American studies.

In addition to their formal education, Sara Griffiths has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they acquired the EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation certification from IBITGQ. Furthermore, in March 2018, they obtained the Assoc CIPD certification from CIPD.
