Andrea Lien is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in content strategy and development across various platforms. Currently serving as the Editorial Director for the Consumer Segment at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation since September 2019, Andrea leads the creation of inclusive and scientifically rigorous content, managing the entire process from concept to implementation. Previously, as an Independent Marketing & Communications Consultant, Andrea developed marketing plans and enhanced online presences for diverse clients. Additional roles include Director of Marketing Communications at Dashe & Thomson, Editorial Director at Lavender Magazine, and Director of Communications & Marketing at SKD Architects and MS&I Building Company, among others. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Macalester College, Andrea combines expertise in communications, marketing, and digital media to drive engagement and brand recognition.
