Mary Helmin, LICSW, PsyD, LP, serves as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation since January 2024. Previously, Mary held roles as a Consult Neuropsychologist at North Memorial Health, where responsibilities included applying trauma and crisis intervention knowledge in counselling, and as a Consulting Neuropsychologist and Adult Psychotherapist at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, specializing in adult and adolescent mental health services. With extensive experience in diagnostic assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions across various settings, Mary has a strong background in clinical psychology, having also worked as a Clinical Program Manager and contributed to community mental health as a Post Doctoral Resident. Mary holds multiple degrees, including a PsyD and MA in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, and further education in holistic health and dance movement therapy from St. Catherine University and Hunter College.
