Nicole Groschen Licsw

Nicole Groschen MSW LICSW is a Social Work Doctoral Candidate at the University of Southern California, where studies are focused on Social Work. With extensive experience in mental health, Nicole currently serves as a Regional LPCC Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health Professional at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation while also holding the position of Center City Site Privacy Officer. Previous roles include Mental Health Therapist at Allina Health and Valhalla Place, as well as social work internships at Allina CMC and PRISM. Nicole's foundational experience began as a childcare provider and owner at Marigold daycare, following a service tenure in the United States Air Force. Nicole earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
