Ioana Bolohan

Ioana Bolohan serves as the Data Analytics Product Owner and Digital Transformation Consultant at HazelHeartwood since February 2023, where responsibilities include maintaining project vision, managing client relationships, and applying Agile/Scrum methodologies. Prior to this role, Ioana was the Business Intelligence Team Lead at Sony Europe from October 2014 to February 2023, coordinating a data-focused team and driving automation initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as an Ecommerce Assortment Assistant and Trainee at Delhaize Belgium, an intern at the European Parliament, and team leader for global internships at AIESEC Bucharest. Ioana holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Business from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
