Richard Winter

Richard Winter has over 30 years of work experience in various technology leadership positions. Richard is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Hazeltree, a position they started in June 2023. Prior to this, Richard worked at Finastra for five years as the Vice President and Head of Technology Finastra Global Services from November 2018 to June 2023. Before that, they held multiple roles at Capgemini Financial Services UK, including Senior Director and Head of Application Development and Maintenance from February 2014 to November 2018, Deputy Head of Technology, Development and Integration from January 2011 to February 2014, Head of Technology Consulting Group from January 2008 to February 2011, and Managing Enterprise Architect from March 2004 to January 2008. Richard began their career at PA Consulting Group, where they worked as a Managing Consultant from 1992 to 2004.

Richard Winter attended the University of Greenwich from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
