Tyler Pridham

Tyler Pridham is a seasoned professional in real estate investments, currently serving as a Partner at Hazelview Investments since March 2022. With a strong background in acquisitions and development, Tyler previously worked at North American Development Group, where responsibilities included sourcing and analyzing diverse investment opportunities. Prior experience at Slate Asset Management L.P. included the roles of Vice President of Investments and Director of Asset Management, where Tyler was instrumental in executing over 50 transactions valued at more than $600 million and managing construction projects. Earlier in Tyler's career, as a Sales Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, responsibilities encompassed the sale and leasing of retail properties. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Commerce degree from the University of Guelph.
