John Loubser

John Loubser, MBA, has extensive experience in the multi-residential real estate sector, serving at Hazelview Properties as Senior Vice President of Operations since November 2020, where leadership includes a team of approximately 190 managing over 8,900 rental suites in Ottawa and Toronto. Previously, John held the position of Vice President at Timbercreek Communities and Timbercreek Asset Management, overseeing operations for up to 7,800 rental suites, and directed teams in various capacities at Minto Group Inc. with a portfolio exceeding 11,500 units. John also contributed as a Principal in multi-residential real estate consulting and founded businesses in the audio engineering field. Educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa, along with studies at Carleton University and the Disney Institute.
