Kim Hamelin is an experienced professional in property management and operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Property Standards at Hazelview Properties since November 2020. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Director of Operations for Southwestern Ontario at Timbercreek Communities from October 2013 to November 2018. Kim's extensive background includes serving as a Regional Manager and Regional Administrator at Timbercreek Asset Management from August 2005 to October 2013, as well as the role of Resident Relations Manager and Regional Leasing Agent at Concept/Forward Properties from February 2002 to July 2005. Kim began a career in property management as a Corporate Administrator at ICORR Properties International from January 1990 to October 2000.
