Rhonda M. Key

Rhonda Key, PHR, PhD, currently serves as Deputy Superintendent at Hazelwood School District since July 2021, after holding the role of Assistant Superintendent of High Schools. Rhonda has extensive experience in educational leadership, having worked at Jennings School District as Assistant Superintendent and Director of Secondary Education, as well as High School Principal at Decatur School District. Earlier roles include Co-Superintendent at Riverview Gardens Schools, where fiscal stability was restored, and Principal at Simonsen Ninth Grade Center in Jefferson City School District. Rhonda's academic qualifications include a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri-Columbia, alongside multiple degrees in education and administration, as well as a PHR certification in Human Resources.
