Erik Bach has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Erik started their career as a Sales Engineer at KOCH Transporttechnik GmbH in 1999 and then moved on to become a Sales Director at FLSmidth in 2003. Erik later joined FLSmidth Australia as a Sales Manager in 2011 and eventually became the General Manager of Material Handling Australia. In 2014, they became the General Manager of Material Handling South East Asia at FLSmidth. Erik then joined Promethea Pty Ltd and Red Arrow Global Solutions as Director Europe in 2016 before becoming the Business Development Manager at Plakoma GmbH. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Minerals Processing at HAZEMAG and is also the Managing Director of HAZEMAG Systems GmbH.
