Andrew S. Vane

Andrew S. Vane, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in water and sewer infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Senior Engineering Operations Manager at STV since November 2016, Andrew oversees planning, design, and construction administration for capital improvement projects with NCDOT and municipal clients in North Carolina. Prior to this role, Andrew was employed at Hazen and Sawyer, PC from May 1999 to November 2016, where responsibilities included project management, design, and construction administration specializing in various pipeline methods. Earlier in the career, at Paulus, Sokolowski & Sartor, Inc. from June 1992 to April 1999, Andrew acted as a resident construction observer and contributed to significant upgrades at major wastewater treatment plants. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, complemented by foundational studies at New Providence High School.
