Alvaro Javier Andrino Flores is a seasoned professional in the seed industry with extensive experience in sales and product development. Currently serving as the Sales and Product Development Manager for Hazera Seeds since July 2019, Alvaro specializes in developing the company's portfolio in Central America and supporting strategic distributors in this process. Previously, Alvaro held the position of Co-Managing Director at Rijk Zwaan from October 2016 to March 2018. Alvaro holds a degree in Ingeniería, Hortofruticultura y actividades hortícolas from EAP Zamorano, graduated in 2004.
