Dana Pavurova

Dana Pavurova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in change management and strategic HR consulting at HB Reavis since June 2018. In the role of HR Manager, responsibilities include the development and implementation of people strategies for the headquarters, Slovakia, and Czech Republic, focusing on company culture, employee satisfaction, recruitment, and retention. Dana also leads people development initiatives and coaching practices within the organization. Previously, Dana served as Head of Tax UK at HB Reavis UK Ltd and held various positions within Ernst & Young, specializing in transfer pricing and tax advisory services. Educational qualifications include a Brain Based Certified Coach degree from the Neuroleadership Institute Prague and a Master’s degree in Tax and Tax Advisory from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia.
