Kenneth A. Goodwin Jr. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing and advising emerging technology firms. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Jeanensis since 2015, Kenneth has led initiatives focused on foreign and outbound direct investment, digital asset management, and risk management strategy. In addition to advisory roles across public and private firms, Kenneth co-founded Oqulus Tech LLC in 2023, aimed at developing advanced digital solutions. Kenneth serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, teaching courses related to investment analysis and digital assets. Other notable positions include Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of the 144 TrailBlazer Fund, HBCU Global Executive Advisor for the HBCU Founders Initiative, and contributions to FINTECH.TV and other academic institutions. Kenneth holds an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BBA in Finance from Johnson C. Smith University.
