Charlie Neal

Charlie Neal possesses extensive experience in sports broadcasting, safety, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Safety & Training at The Jet and a Play by Play Announcer for both HBCU Go and ESPN, Charlie also holds the position of General Manager at Haymarket Transportation. Instructing at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy, Charlie specializes in EVOC and motorcycle training. With a career spanning several decades, Charlie has held various roles, including Sports Anchor and Play by Play announcer at BET TV and Turner Broadcasting, and has contributed significantly as a Lieutenant in the Special Operations Motorcycle Unit for Arlington County PD. Additionally, Charlie’s leadership as President of Neal Enterprise highlights a commitment to professional growth and community engagement. Education was attained at Roman Catholic/Villanova University.
