Donald Cane

Donald Cane has a wealth of work experience in various leadership positions. Donald most recently served as the VP of Operational Excellence at HBD Industries, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Ferno EMS, where they oversaw manufacturing, engineering, customer service, EH&S, and supply chain in the medical device industry. Donald also held the role of VP Operations at DRS Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain across multiple facilities. Donald was the Director of Operations at Crane ChemPharma and Crane Pumps & Systems, leading manufacturing and supply chain organizations. Donald also worked at Delphi as a Manager, playing key roles in model plant transformation and production control and logistics. Additionally, they have experience in manufacturing system design at Global Manufacturing System Design, and they began their career in industrial engineering at General Motors.

Donald Cane completed their education at the University of Rochester from 1991 to 1997, where they pursued an M.B.A with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1986, earning a B.S.I.E degree in Engineering.
