Kate Kieran

Kate Kieran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience research, policy advising, and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at HBF Health since December 2012, Kate has held various roles including UX Specialist and Business Analyst, demonstrating expertise in technical writing, editing, and business process mapping. Prior to HBF Health, Kate worked at Medibank Private from February 2005 to November 2012 in positions such as Senior Policy Advisor and Knowledge Management Analyst, where responsibilities included advising on policies, improving usability, and managing knowledge bases. Kate holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Deakin University.
