Nina Rosen

Nina Rosen is the General Counsel and Head of Compliance at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær since July 2021, where Nina leads a global team in addressing Legal, Compliance, and Export Control issues while promoting the company's core values. Prior to this role, Nina served as Head of Legal at EDAG Group from August 2015 to June 2021, overseeing a team responsible for corporate and commercial matters, intellectual property law, insurance, and privacy, and establishing governance structures post-IPO. Nina's career began at ATON GmbH, where as Head of Legal & HR from January 2007 to July 2015, Nina developed legal processes and collaborated closely with executive leadership. Nina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law from Europa-Institut Saarland University and has completed various legal examinations in Germany.
