Alasdair Wright

Alasdair Wright is currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Lothian Broadband Networks Ltd since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alasdair held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Broadway Partners Limited from October 2019 to June 2023 and was a Director and Co-Owner at RENEW GREEN ENERGY LIMITED between January 2013 and December 2018. Additionally, Alasdair contributed as a Member of the Board of Trustees for LIVE BORDERS LIMITED from October 2013 to June 2014. Earlier in the career, Alasdair was the Global Head of Customer Marketing & Loyalty at Betfair and spent over nine years at BSkyB in various marketing roles, including Director of Online & Interactive Channels and Head of Marketing & Strategy. Alasdair began the professional journey at Bertelsmann, Inc. as a Marketing Manager and later served as Head of Marketing at AOL UK. Alasdair has completed the Executive Development Programme at London Business School and has a degree from Northumbria University.
