Samuel J Waters

Samuel J Waters has extensive experience in leadership development, organizational change, and cultural transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Learning for Wealth at Citi since October 2013, Samuel also fulfills roles such as Global Culture Change Programme Director and Leadership Development Advisor. Previous positions include Associate Director at Barclays and Management Consultant at ECOVIS Wingrave Yeats. Samuel is also active as a consultant for the Harvard Business School Club of New York and as an angel investor with HBS Alumni Angels of Greater New York. In terms of education, Samuel holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School, along with qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
