Andy Roos

Andy Roos is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and equity management. Currently serving as a Partner at HBSE Ventures since January 2018, Andy has focused on investing in high-growth, technology-driven companies. Previously, Andy was a Partner at New Amsterdam Growth Capital, where responsibilities included technology-focused growth equity investments. Additional experience includes a role as VP of Finance at The DOGPOUND and various analytical positions at Boodell & Company and J.P. Morgan. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia, earned in 2010.
